    If you are a PFA customer, you get a 5% PFA discount* on your insurance policies with us.

  • 10% Advantage Customer discount

    As a PFA customer, you become an Advantage Customer when you buy just one insurance policy* — giving you a 10% Advantage Customer discount on your insurance policies and access to a range of benefits.

  • 10% online discount

    You get an additional 10% online discount if you choose to buy one or more insurance policies online using our calculator.

    Our online discount is available to anyone who wants to buy insurance online.

If you are a PFA customer and buy online, you first get a 5% PFA discount, then a 10% Advantage Customer discount and finally an additional 10% online discount. As a PFA customer, you can become an Advantage Customer by purchasing just one insurance policy under the latest terms and conditions, registered for direct debit payment (Betalingsservice), and enjoy the following benefits:

  • 10% discount
  • You get a 10% discount on all your private insurance cover*.
  • 0 DKK deductible
    If you lose your job unexpectedly and have an insurance claim, you don’t have to worry about being out of pocket. We’ll pay your excess if you become involuntarily unemployed while you are an active customer.
  • Home contents guarantee
    If you buy home contents insurance, as an advantage customer you are covered by a home contents guarantee. This ensures you receive full compensation even if your home contents cover turns out to be up to 25% too low.
  • Psychological crisis support in an acute crisis
    If you buy home contents insurance, as an advantage customer you are eligible for up to 15 hours of psychological crisis support in the event of an acute psychological crisis.
  • Financial assistance
    Cash payment of DKK 5,000 if a child in the household under the age of 18 suffers a bone fracture.
  • No higher excess
    If you buy car insurance, as an advantage customer your excess is not raised if your own child under the age of 26 borrows the household’s car.
  • Home contents insurance for young adults
    As an advantage customer, your children under the age of 26 living away from home and alone are also covered if you buy home contents insurance.
